Meet Dr. Garcia

Besides my family, my profession means everything to me! I really don’t see it as “work”—maybe because I am truly passionate about what I do! Orthodontics allows me to develop new friendships every day. It is rewarding to be a part of my patients’ lives, and have a positive impact on their health and confidence.

The combination of art and science, along with community service, is why I chose dentistry, and specifically orthodontics, as my profession. Each person’s needs are unique to them; these different challenges stimulate a continuous thought process that I find to be exciting and creative.

At the end of the day, I don’t feel that it’s me making a difference in the lives of our patients, it’s actually the other way around! Our patients keep me humble, grounded, and grateful every day, and I feel honored and blessed to be a part of their lives.

Personal Life

I grew up in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and have lived in Beaumont, California for ten years. I can honestly say that I am married to my best friend—he happens to be an orthodontist as well! It has worked great for us since we understand and relate to the challenges that we deal with every day. We are also a team at home, sharing chores and raising our two beautiful boys who keep us on our toes.

When I’m not working, you will probably find me at home. I enjoy cooking, decorating my house, or traveling with my boys. I am also involved in the community as a part of the Craniofacial Team of Loma Linda Children’s Hospital, were we see kids with cleft lip and palate.
